Following a commission request, two different powder pictures were created to commemorate the 80th Anniversary of VJ Day in 2025. I am very excited to be able to offer one of these pieces for sale.

This fused glass picture shows a beautiful carpet of red poppies stretching out to the horizon as far as the eye can see, contrasted with a near cloudless blue sky. A black kite can be seen riding on the light summer breeze.

Mounted on a reclaimed oak board which has had a light whitewash applied to the top and sides. There are metal fixings and white 3mm rope provided for wall hanging.
